Lead Mapping

Each field can be mapped to a CRM lead field (firstName, lastName, email, phone, company). When a submission is received, BasaltCRM can automatically create a Lead record.

Submission Tracking

Status: NEW → VIEWED → CONVERTED → ARCHIVED.

UTM Tracking: Source, medium, and campaign parameters are captured automatically.

Analytics: View count and submission count per form.

Webhooks: Send submission data to external systems.

Auto-Respond: Send an automatic email reply to the submitter.

Notifications: Email alerts when a new submission arrives.

Embedding

Each form gets a unique slug for public URL access. Embed via iFrame or JavaScript snippet on any external site.
