Pipeline Stages
The standard pipeline follows these stages:
Identify: Initial discovery — the lead is in the queue. Engage (AI): The AI outreach engine sends initial personalized contact. Engage (Human): A sales rep takes over for high-touch follow-up. Offering: A formal proposal or quote has been sent. Finalizing: Negotiation, contract drafting, and final details. Closed: Deal finalized — Won or Lost. Converted: Lead has been fully converted to an Account with associated Contacts.Views

All Leads: A comprehensive table view with advanced filtering. Workspace: A pipeline/Kanban workspace for visual stage management. Dialer View: An embedded dialer interface for phone-based outreach directly from the leads list.Conversion Rules
Lead → Contact: Happens automatically when you send the first message via a Sequence, or manually. Lead → Opportunity: Created when the lead qualifies and shows buying intent. Opportunity Won → Account + Project: Automatically creates an Account record and a delivery Project when a deal closes.Key Actions
Create Lead: Add leads manually or via LeadGen Wizard. Import/Export: Bulk CSV operations. Assign Lead: Route leads to specific reps. Convert to Deal: Promote a qualified lead to an Opportunity.
